Our talks

KEYNOTE SPEAKING

I deliver powerful, trauma-informed keynote talks that bring the lived reality of childhood trauma, silence and safeguarding failure into the room with honesty and clarity. My keynotes are designed to shift perspective fast — helping professionals understand why victims don’t disclose, how trauma shapes behaviour, and what a genuinely trauma-aware response looks like. These talks are ideal for conferences, police roadshows, inset days and multi-agency events across the UK, and they leave audiences with insight they remember long after the session ends.

HALF-DAY TRAINING

My half-day training offers a practical, in-depth introduction to trauma-informed practice through the lens of lived experience. Over three hours, I guide teams through victim psychology, behaviour interpretation, disclosure barriers and the emotional impact of frontline work. This session gives professionals the clarity and confidence to identify trauma responses and support victims safely. It’s an accessible, high-impact option for police teams, safeguarding leads, educators, NHS staff and social care professionals.

FULL-DAY TRAINING

My full-day training expands into deeper learning and real organisational application. This is a full, immersive exploration of trauma, safeguarding, systemic failure and professional responsibility. The day includes reflective work, case-based discussion, practical tools and space for teams to develop stronger trauma-aware approaches within their culture and daily practice. This training is designed for organisations ready to make long-term, meaningful change in how they understand and respond to trauma.

SCHOOL & YOUTH WORKSHOPS

I deliver trauma-aware workshops for secondary schools, sixth forms and colleges, helping young people understand emotions, behaviour, resilience and safe disclosure. My sessions are relatable, grounded in real experience and designed to make students feel seen and understood. I also support staff with trauma-aware approaches to behaviour and communication, strengthening the wider school environment. These workshops help create safer, more informed spaces where young people feel able to speak and be supported.
